The Perfect Start on the FE Exam
Whether we want to accept it or not, passing the FE Exam is as much a mental challenge as it is a professional challenge.
Just getting started can feel like we are at mile 26 of a marathon…there’s a lot of effort, but little movement.
I personally didn’t take the exam when I was in college, and I regretted it. When I first attempted to start preparing, I ran in to roadblocks that I knew I shouldn’t have been running in to.
There were some material challenges (yes, I did forget some basic math) but more than that were the mental challenges. I didn’t believe in myself, my confidence was at an all time low, and my limiting beliefs were running rampant.
I thought I was the only one going through this, but as time has passed, I have found that I was absolutely wrong. So wrong in fact, that research studies have been conducted studying the phenomenon of what we do when confronted with complex tasks.
Today, you may be telling yourself all kinds of excuses of why you can’t sign up for the FE Exam, but what I want to do is help you get past that point and take that simple first step of just getting started.
Enjoy my friends!

Conclusion
I don’t think it matters how much experience you get going up against big challenges. Even today when I go to tackle some things, my mind just starts spinning in this state of doing absolutely nothing.
If we can just focus on the three steps stated above, we can turn what seems like a monster of a task, in to something that actually seems doable.
So now it’s your turn for ACTION, I want you to do TWO things:
1) If you have found this post valuable, please share it with two of your friends. Use the social share buttons to your left to do just that, it’s a quick and easy click.
2) What do you to help you get started on a challenging task, share your experience in the comments below.
